Ingredients

  • Tteokbokki 250 grams
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Korean chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp white soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sausage as you like
  • Vegetables (cabbage, carrots)
  • Mozzarella cheese as desired
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

How to Make Tteokbokki Cheese in a Rice Cooker.

Put the vegetable oil in the rice cooker, wait a while, the oil starts to heat, add the vegetables. Stir well.

Put the sausage down

Season with gochujang sauce, Korean chili powder, granulated sugar and light soy sauce. Mix well.

Put water down Keep the lid closed for a while, stirring continuously to prevent the bottom from burning.

The mixture begins to thicken, add the rice cake flour, stir well, cover the rice cooker and cook until the rice cake is cooked.

Add sesame oil, stir well a little.

Sprinkle cheese as you like.
