  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • spring onions for garnish

How to Make Fried Rice with Fermented Chili Paste

Set a pan over medium heat, add oil.

When hot oil, add garlic and stir until fragrant.

Add fermented pork and fry until cooked.

Put the sliced fermented pork sticks into it. Stir well.

Add chicken eggs and stir until cooked.

Add steamed rice and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper, stir to combine.

Garnish with scallions

Fried rice with fermented pork is ready to be served.
