Ingredients

  • Vermicelli 40 grams
  • 10 fresh shrimps
  • Ginger (sliced) 5 pieces
  • 1 celery
  • 1/4 cup water

  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 100 grams of bacon

How to Cook Shrimp Vermicelli

Soak vermicelli in room temperature water. Soak and leave until the vermicelli is soft. set aside

Add tricolor, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, dark soy sauce and water. Stir until everything dissolves well.

Put the vermicelli into it, mix until the vermicelli hits the sauce evenly.

Arrange the bacon in the bottom of the pot. If there is lard, use lard. Put ginger in it.

Followed by shrimp and then add vermicelli to the end. Pour out the sauce.

Press the rice cooker to work. Wait until the rice cooker pops up.

Open the lid and add the celery and mix well. Arrange on a plate and ready to serve.
