Cha-Om Sour Curry with Shrimp, Eggs, Thick Cha-Om, So Satisfying! This menu is one of my favorite menus of Pang. Today I have a chance to cook it myself. It’s great because I put everything in it and I’m very satisfied, haha. Thick Cha-Om, thick Cha-Om, thick sour curry, very satisfying. In the form of flour, double from the recipe below. because of the big pot I want to do it in a full way. Haha.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour curry paste
  • 4 boiled shrimp
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 1 cup of cha-om
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 liter of water
  • 5 fresh shrimps
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup tamarind juice
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2-3 lemons

How to make Cha-Om Sour Curry with Egg and Shrimp

Set the pan over medium heat. Fried eggs with acacia Cut into bite size pieces and set aside.

Pound the boiled prawns until crushed. Put orange curry paste down. Pound it well.

Put a pot on high heat and put water in it. Wait until the water starts to heat. Put the pounded curry paste down. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, salt, tamarind juice. Stir well and taste as you like. It’s still a bit sour here.

Add fresh prawns, when the prawns are cooked

Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, taste to your liking, and ready to serve.
