Ingredients

  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • Minced pork 100 grams
  • 1 tbsp. SAM KLER (Mixed Garlic, Pepper, and Coriander Root Paste)
  • 1 tbsp seasoning sauce
  • Onion as you like
  • seaweed sheet as you like
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Seaweed Shrimp Roll

Put the shrimp, minced pork, Sam Kleur, seasoning sauce, carrot, and spring onion into the blender until smooth and well combined.

Place a sheet of seaweed. Put the stuffing in and roll it up as in the picture.

Heat a pan, add oil, and wait until the oil starts to heat up. Add seaweed-wrapped prawns and fry until done.
