Ingredients

  • 200 grams of pork belly
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 Japanese onion
  • 1 chicken egg
  • boiled onion 1 stalk
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Japanese-style pork rice bowl

Set a pan over medium heat, and add oil. Wait until the oil is hot, and add onions and Japanese spring onions. Stir-fry the vegetables well.

Add sliced pork belly. Stir-fry until it starts to cook.

Season with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well.

An egg omelet is good enough. Pour over cooked pork.

Cut and pour over hot Japanese rice until the eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with sliced spring onions.
