Ingredients

  • Creco for wrapping around the cake
  • strawberry for decorating the cake
  • 200 g crackers
  • 100 g melted unsalted butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 300 ml whipping cream

How to Make Chocolate Cheesecake

Blend the crackers thoroughly. Put it in a mixing bowl. Add melted butter. mix well to look like wet sand

Press into the prepared mold tightly. Soak in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
